We are always looking for volunteers in many capacities.
Monday mornings at the foodbank-0830-1130 help hand out food
Daily-Help pick up food at local grocery stores
One Friday a month help sort and put our food order away
Help out at Special Events/fund raisers through out the year
Help answer the phone for F.O.R and resource people
Be on call to pick up donations in the community and bring them to the food bank
Be a coupon collector in your community and bring them to the food bank as we use them to purchase food with "coupon cents/sense"
Have a garage sale or other fund raise and donate the funds to the food bank
If you have a party or a meeting ask people to bring a can of food to the event to donate to the local food bank.
Do you have a special skill like computers, building websites, Marketing/fundraising etc we are always looking for folks with any kind of special skills in addition to friendly people who just want to help.
Food, clothing, coupons, are just some of the items we need on a regular basis.
Please call 520-251-0226 and arrange to donate Clothing, Furniture etc directly to the FOR maricopa headquarters.
Monetary donations go a long way. We can use this funding to run our organization, purchase food we need to balance out giving, and more.
